We thought Honey was perfect for the role as our main protagonist as she is young, blonde and looks vulnerble. Honey also does alot of drama and acting outside of school which was another reason why we thought she would be a perfect candidate for tthis role. Honey also resembles other other protagonist Tommy, as Honey plays an older version of her.

Letter to Honey's parents

As Honey is only 13 years old and was going to be the star of our music video, we though it would appropriate to get consent from her parents comfirming if they are okay with Honey being film and being put on to youtube.

We then got the okay from Honeys parents and started filming as soon as possible.

We thought Tommy would be perfect for the role as she is Blonde and also does drama and acting, she also resembles Honey.

Locations

We used my neighbours kitchen as this is were many families spend most of there time when they eat together.	We used my next door neighbours family home. We used it because it was a nice and beautiful house. It portrayed how the family looked on the inside, whereas on the outside the family were sad and broken.
We chose to use this pond as it plays on our nature idea and links with my digipak on my ancillary task. This locations also helps to play on the idea of the young gets loneliness and her empty state of mind.

Link between visuals and lyrics

Me and my group sat down and thought about ways we could make our music video interesting and looked into ways we could link the lyrics of the song to the visuals going to be portrayed and this is what we came up with.

We will have a time lapse of the sky, to create a link between the lyrics and visuals. The time lapse will also show that time has passed but the situation has stayed the same. This will also fit with the theme of nature and support my ancillary task.

For these lyrics we we film as the little girls dad leaves and walk pasts her. We will try to empasie her distress through her facial expressions and portray her vunereabilty as she will be in her pajamas.

When lyric is being sung, the little girl will be in bed and the shot will cut about 3 to 4 times with her in bed changing postions and clothes. Symoblising her watching the days go by.

When this line is sung, we will cut to the girl and her teddy bear, showing her teddy bear as her possesion.
